Løvell Skinn ("we", "me") is a private skin studio in Basingstoke, Hampshire, operated by Adam Lovell. This policy explains what personal information is handled when you use this website or get in touch, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
What we collect
Enquiries. The enquiry form on this site opens your own email app — nothing is stored on the website itself. If you email hello@lovellskinn.co.uk, call, or message on Instagram, we receive the details you choose to share (such as your name, contact details and information about your skin) and use them only to reply and advise you.
Bookings. All appointments are booked through Treatwell. Treatwell processes your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy.
Consultations. Before treatments we may record basic consultation notes (skin history, goals, contraindications) so treatments can be carried out safely. These are kept confidential and retained only as long as needed for your care and insurance purposes.
What we don't do
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
We never sell or share your personal information for marketing.
Third-party links
This site links to Treatwell (booking) and Instagram (social). Once you leave this site, those services' own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it's used. Email hello@lovellskinn.co.uk and we'll respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
